Revestimiento acústico a partir del uso de aserrín. Factibilidad de implementación en locales gastronómicos de la ciudad de Córdoba

Abstract

Considerando que los espacios interiores deben diseñarse para satisfacer necesidades específicas de habitabilidad, sustentabilidad y estética de los usuarios, es necesario realizar investigaciones y generar métodos que promuevan el impacto cultural y social, con la finalidad de lograr una prosperidad económica sostenida en el tiempo protegiendo los sistemas naturales del planeta.

A raíz de esta situación, el presente trabajo final de licenciatura tiene como finalidad a través del campo del diseño promover el aprovechamiento y recuperación de materiales de descarte mediante la propuesta de utilización del aserrín como material innovador en espacios interiores, creando atmósferas de carácter sustentable y contribuyendo, al mismo tiempo, a la disminución de la contaminación e impacto medioambiental.

Este trabajo presenta al aserrín como material protagonista, recuperado de desechos de la industria maderera y aplicado al diseño interiorista desde un enfoque sustentable, mediante revestimientos acústicos para ser aplicados en locales comerciales gastronómicos, considerando aspectos técnicos, sustentables, morfológicos y estéticos.

Mediante un análisis bibliográfico se indaga por un lado acerca del aserrín, su impacto medioambiental y sus cualidades como materia prima; por otro se revisan antecedentes de propuestas de espacios interiores intervenidos por revestimientos realizados a través de materiales sustentables, de origen natural, para finalmente presentar un desarrollo proyectual de revestimiento realizado a partir del reciclaje del aserrín en un local gastronómico de la ciudad de Córdoba.

Considering that interior spaces must be designed to meet the specific needs of habitability, sustainability and aesthetics of users, it is necessary to carry out research and generate methods that promote cultural and social impact, in order to achieve sustained economic prosperity over time while protecting the natural systems of the planet.

As a result of this situation, the purpose of this final degree project, through the field of design, is to promote the use of this interior design by proposing it as an innovative material in spaces, creating atmospheres of a sustainable nature and contributing at the same time. to the reduction of pollution and the environmental impact it causes.

This work presents sawdust as the main material, recovered from waste from the wood industry and applied to interior design from a sustainable approach, through acoustic coatings to be applied in commercial gastronomic premises, considering technical, sustainable, morphological and aesthetic aspects.

Through a bibliographical analysis, on the one hand, sawdust, its environmental impact and its qualities as a raw material are investigated; on the other, antecedents of proposals for interior spaces intervened by coatings made through sustainable materials, of natural origin, are reviewed to finally present a project development of coating made from the recycling of sawdust in a gastronomic place in the city of Córdoba.
